20 pack with instructions. Clear transparent Bobo Balloons can be inflated from around 12-18inches in diameter. They can be used with helium or air. When the balloons are fully inflated they look like giant bubbles or totally clear balls. Versatile use can match many themes. The balloons have less elasticity than regular latex balloons and may need to be stretched out by hand first. You will need either a handheld balloon pump, electric balloon pump or helium tank.
